| GENERAL INFORMATION |

  • Store hours: Wednesday to Thursday 10am to 2pm and Friday to Saturday 9am to 3pm 
  • Click & Collect (pick up) hours: Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 3pm
  • Customer Service hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 3pm, 6pm to 10pm weeknights and weekends via emails and socials only 
  • We only provide a limited amount of stock until it is sold out or subject to restocking that item - SO BE QUICK!
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase date
  • Discount codes are not to be used in conjunction with any other promotions or sales
  • We offer the following secure payment options: Credit Card, Paypal (you do not need to be a member to use Paypal), Zip, Afterpay and cash (in store only) 

| GARMENT CARE INSTRUCTIONS |

We pride ourselves on offering quality and beautifully made garments, however some fabrics may be very delicate and must be handled with care. We recommend to hand-wash our garments before wearing them (provided the care instructions state you can wash the garment). Please ensure to wash the garment following the care instructions provided. 

| CLICK & COLLECT / PICK UP |

If you have selected to pick up your order from our Oakleigh Boutique and Styling Studio and once your order has been successfully processed, we will prepare your order and have it ready to be picked up within our promised Postage, Shipping & Parcel Tracking timeline.

You will receive an email regarding a ‘order status change’, once you login to your SMO account you will see the status of your order as ‘Awaiting Pickup’. Please kindly ensure you collect your order within the returns period as per our Returns Policy. After this timeframe, you will not be entitled to a refund unless of course we are offering a limited alternative promotion on refunds (e.g. 30 day returns).

Alternatively, we're happy to have your order shipped to you – all you need to do is purchase shipping. If you wish to receive your order in the mail, please follow the steps below:

  3. Once you have selected the shipping you want, proceed to check out as you would for a regular order. Important: you must include your original order number in the 'notes' section before you make payment
  4. Once your order has been successfully processed, we will ship your order to you

| PRE ORDER STYLES |

If your order includes both 'pre order' styles and also styles that are 'in stock', we will hold on to your 'in stock' styles until the 'pre order' styles have arrived and are ready for shipping (and we will send one parcel as per your selected shipping method). The estimate shipping date is mentioned in the style name on our website and is subject to change due to manufacturing delivery timeframes. 

We can however get your 'in stock' styles out to you so you can enjoy wearing them asap! All you need to do is purchase a pre-paid post bag. Click on the below options and please ensure you include your original order number in the comments:

  3. Once you have selected the shipping you want, proceed to check out as you would for a regular order. Important: you must include your original order number in the 'comments' section before you make payment

Please be aware that if pre order items are delayed out of our control due to manufacturing or freight delay, we will email you on every update. Refunds of a pre order style after the return period are not permitted, unless of course we cannot physically supply your order. 

| FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS |

Faulty & Damaged Item(s)

While we pride ourselves on offering quality and beautifully made garments, however there is always the rare chance an item may be faulty, in this case we will cover the postage for it to be returned to us to be either repaired or replaced. It is only if we are unable to offer you either of these that we will refund you in full.

In accordance with Consumer Affairs Laws in Australia; we are not required to offer a replacement or refund if an item has been damaged due to obvious misuse or due to usual wear and tear. We apologise for any inconvenience. Further information is available here

Please email Customer Service on hello@stylemeover.com as soon as you receive the faulty item and include a full length image of the item and a close up image of the fault. We will not repair, replace or refund an item if it is outside the return period. 

Please also email Customer Service on hello@stylemeover.com as soon as you receive an incorrect item.  

Please feel free to contact us with any further questions regarding the return of any faulty or incorrect product.  

Incorrect Item(s)

If you have received an item that is different to the item you ordered, please contact Customer Service on hello@stylemeover.com for further information and action.

STORE CREDITS |

  • When refunding an item, you can choose to refund on store credit if you wish
  • Store credits remain in your account until you use them to purchase an order  

How to use your Store Credit:

  • Log in to your Style Me Over account and add desired items to your cart
  • Select 'cart' to review your order 
  • When you get to payment details section at check out, select the pink tick box that states "Apply $ store credit to order" 
  • A pop up will appear to confirm if you want to use your store credit for your order 
  • Tick to use or untick not to use the store credit 
  • In the event that you return an item where a store credit was used to purchase that item, you will be refunded on the same method payment as per the Returns Policy i.e. Store Credit 

YOUR FIRST ORDER |

When you visit our online store you will be prompted to subscribe to receive 10% off your first order! Once you sign up you will receive an email with a 10% off coupon code. Them simply start shopping at SMO and enter the coupon code at checkout! 

The new subscriber coupon code is only available to use on styles in our ‘SHOP' and 'JUST ARRIVED’ categories and cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes and/or on sale items.

| SMO MEMBERSHIP |

When becoming a member you will receive 15% off store wide (excluding events and retreats). However, when we have a flash sale, the 15% is NOT be eligible to used on top of the flash sale price - only applies to the original price before the flash sale. 

You will also receive two free returns per month.
