| GENERAL INFORMATION |

  • We aim to sell high-quality items, while keeping our profit margins low, as we are a small Boutique and E-Store, to make this possible, you won't find any fancy packaging.
  • Please hand-wash garments before wearing them (many of our items are delicate - please follow care instructions).
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from purchase date
  • Store Credits are valid for 12 months 
  • Discount codes are not to be used in conjunction with any other promotions - orders will be rejected

 | CLICK & COLLECT|

  • During COVID our CLICK & COLLECT hours are MONDAY-SATURDAY 10AM-2PM

 | ORDERING|

  • We will only provide a limited amount of stock until sold out, subject to restock - SO BE QUICK.
  • THE BEST OPTION if possible is to order online and PICK UP in store to ensure you don't miss out!
  • Payments can be made via PAYPAL, Credit Card, Zip Pay, After pay or Cash (in store) - We offer a secure paying option and you do not need to be a PAYPAL member to use this option.
  • We always endeavour to despatch your order within 2-5 business days allow extra time during busier periods especially Christmas time.
  • Pickup - If you have selected to pick up from our Oakleigh Boutique & Styling Studio, you’ll receive an EMAIL from us when your order is ready to be picked up with a status update saying ’Awaiting pickup’. Once you’ve received your 'awaiting pickup' email you’re more than welcome to pop into our Oakleigh boutique

 | PRE ORDERS |

  • If your order includes styles that are In Stock, we will ship those In Stock styles for you then Pre-Order Styles will be shipped upon release date. The estimate release date is mentioned in the style name on our website. 
  • Pre-order items will have an approximate expected date - this can vary
  • Please be aware that is pre order items are delayed out of our control due to manufacturing or freight delay we will email you on every update however refund is not possible unless we can't physically supply your order.

FREE SHIPPING/PROMOTIONS  |

  • We offer full refunds on faulty and full-priced items provided your item is received within 14 days of your purchase date (for in-store purchases) or 14 days from you receiving the item (for online orders).

 HOW TO USE A STORE CREDIT  |

  • Log in to your account and shop as per normal
  • When you get to payment details at the checkout there will be a pink button on the top 
  • This button will ask you if you want to use your store credit for your order 
  • Tick to use and untick to not use
  • Please keep in mind that store credits are only valid for 12 months and in the event that your order needs to be returned your store credit will not be returned back to you as mentioned in the return policy.

New subscriber discount code is only available to use on styles in our ‘SHOP and JUST ARRIVED’ categories and cannot be used with another discount code and/or on SALE items.
