Retail Assistant + CHRISTMAS CASUALS 

Are you upbeat, organised and a logical thinker, looking for a stylish new journey? Become a apart of a fast growing and successful women's online and boutique based in Oakleigh!

We are currently looking for an experience Retail Assistant to work full time hours; Tuesday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm and Saturday 9am-4.30pm.

As the Retail Assistant you will be reporting directly to the Retail Manager and will support the retail team. Your primary focus is to understand the Style Me Over customer to provide fun and effective customer service and styling advice. 

We are currently looking for Christmas Casuals to work ad hoc shifts from Wednesday - Saturday. 

During the day: 
  • Ensure you are well-presented/dressed at all times including wearing new stock and lipstick so you can Pop Your Lips and promote new styles
  • Provide exceptional customer service by serving and styling customers based on their personal needs and our professional styling advice
  • Process Point of Sale purchases
  • Process required exchanges/refunds
  • Steam new stock ensuring all stock on the floor is well maintained and presented at all times
  • Ensure new merchandise is in store
  • Re-stock the floor as sizes and styles sell out
  • Update mannequin styles as directed by Retail Manager
  • Ensure the store is always clean and tidy (this includes re-folding stock, cleaning mirrors and windows, dusting the shelving, light fittings, tables and desk, vacuuming the floor and watering the plants weekly)

 At the end of the day: 

  • Prepare register close off which is to be approved by the Retail Manager
  • Re-stock the floor so the store is ready for the next day with all required styles and sizes
  • Clean the store in preparation for the next day

 

Sales & Marketing Manager

Are you a Sales & Marketing expert with experience in a fast paced environment? We're looking for an upbeat, self motivated, organised and logical thinker that wants to be apart of a fast growing and successful women's online and boutique based in Oakleigh (Melbournes South East- minutes from Chadstone Shopping Centre)

As the Sales & Marketing Manager you will be reporting directly to the CEO/Director and be supported by your Digital Marketing Assistant. Your primary focus is to understand the SMO brand and produce efficient and effective sales and marketing strategies. 

Requirements of the role: 

  • Work closely with the Operations / Finance Manager to maintain and amend marketing budgets where required
  • Analyse sales to ensure targets are being met
  • Implement and amend marketing strategies to in-line with sales targets 
  • Develop, manage and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across the portfolio of the business (store, online, events and digital offerings) in order to achieve growth in sales and brand exposure 
  • Provide strategic and operational marketing plans and deliver creative solutions to the business
  • Utilise websites and other online platforms to create and grow loyal and engaged communities – and convert those online communities to either attend our events or purchase our products.
  • As the 'brand guardian', you will maintain brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications.
  • Work with a centralised team of Head of Departments to deliver on these targets.
  • Focus on establishing and maintaining relationships with key external parties (PR, creative, media, associations etc.).
  • Manage the advertising budget and ensure that processes are in place to track campaign ROI and undertake post-campaign analysis to determine future strategies.
  • Produce reports and make recommendations based on campaign and market research results and analysis. Oversea and approve of content planner with Marketing Assistant.
  • Influencer management:
    • Onboarding and ongoing management
    • Creating brand ambassadors 
    • Negotiating rate and product gifting 
    • Liaising with Buying in regards to influencers orders
  • Management of brand marketing
  • Management of marketing stationery and packaging (orders and stocktake) 
  • Management of look and feel of marketing collateral (thank you cards, business cards, in store photos and other marketing) 
  • Create marketing campaigns (e.g. seasonal campaigns such as Mother’s Day, Christmas) 
  • Management of marketing content for website, social media and EDM’s in conjunction with Marketing Assistant
  • Demographics and reach of campaigns and marketing material reporting
  • Management of EDM groups
  • Ongoing direct competitor analysis and reporting to the Director 
  • Ad hoc marketing duties as required  
  • Be organised, specific and adjust work schedule to the demands of the business
  • Adhere to Style Me Over’s policies and procedures including the Employee Handbook
