Retail Assistant - Saturday's Only

As the Retail Assistant you will be reporting directly to the Assistant Retail Manager and be supported by your Team. Your primary focus is to understand the SMO Customer and provide efficient and effective customer service, styling advice, merchandise our stock and ensure the store is clean, full of stock and tidy every day.

Requirements of the role ;

  • Experience in retail/fashion environment mandatory
  • Must be available SATURDAYS***
  • Knowledge of workplace policies
  • Assisting in achieving store sales and contributing to the achievement of the stores key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Providing every customer with an exceptional customer experience
  • Being able to establish relationships with customers and meet their needs
  • Maintaining our brand standards and encouraging customers to join our database
  • Process Point of Sale purchases and handling money
  • Being a brand ambassador for SMO, always putting your best foot forward on every shift
  • General stock duties including unpacking, processing, moving and refilling, steaming, tagging
  • Update mannequin styles as directed by Retail Manager
  • The ability to balance customer care and administrative duties
  • Maintain a harmonious working environment within your team
  • Supporting the Retail Manager to ensure store and company objectives are achieved, in line with financial and operational targets
  • You will be a team player

  • The ability to work efficiently while juggling multiple tasks in a high pressure environment

Retail Fashion Stylist

As the Retail Fashion Stylist you will be reporting directly to the Assistant Retail Manager and be supported by your Team. Your primary focus is to understand the SMO Customer and provide efficient and effective customer service, styling advice, merchandise our stock and ensure the store is clean, full of stock and tidy every day.

Requirements of the role ;

  • 2 Years Experience in Retail Fashion Styling is Mandatory
  • Must be available SATURDAYS
  • Knowledge of workplace policies
  • Current and Efficient Styling Advice
  • Assisting in achieving store sales and contributing to the achievement of the stores key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Providing every customer with an exceptional customer experience
  • Being able to establish relationships with customers and meet their needs
  • Maintaining our brand standards and encouraging customers to join our database

Stock Controller 

 As the Stock Controller you will be reporting directly to the Assistant Buying Manager and be supported by your Team. Your primary focus is to cross check invoices and receiving in sheets against deliveries, tag and measure garments and ensure all stock in labelled and put away correctly.

Requirements of the role ;

  • Experience in stock / inventory control
  • Knowledge of workplace policies
  • Receive in stock as per policy and procedures
  • Liaise with buying team to confirm one of each style is provided to them for photoshoot
  • Ensure all clothes are correctly labelled
  • Working autonomously
  • Problem solver
  • Stock Lifting
  • Measure 1 of each garment that is coming in
  • Oversee storage of products an organisation to be optimum level in line with OHS standard.
  • Manage receiving in sheets and ensure they are filed appropriately
  • Kimble tag garments
  • Communicate stock levels to appropriate teams
  • Making sure amenities needed are replenished
  • You will be a team player
  • You will be self-motivated and be driven
