Postage & Parcel Tracking


The challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are delays with AUSTRALIA POST as their business adopts additional safety measures to protect their people and customers. Other factors contributing to delays include fewer domestic flights, international delays and increased volumes as more people start shopping online. These delays can be up to a few days, and we ask that you bear with us and them during this challenging time. Thank you for your support and patience.



  • Orders are despatched within 2-5 business days from our boutique, allow extra time during busier periods especially during Christmas time.
  • Items will be posted via Australia Post using your selected postage method - please select carefully -  
  • EXPRESS POST once shipped takes 1-2 business days to be delivered to all CBD & Metro areas, Australia wide.
  • STANDARD POST once shipped takes 4-7 business days AUSTRALIA WIDE.
  • STYLE ME OVER will NOT be liable for any packages that go missing. We are a small business and cannot be liable for missing parcels.
  • If an order is not received, we'll contact Aus Post & try to have the issue resolved, however we can only give you the information they provide.
  • DON'T WANT IT LEFT IN YOUR LETTER BOX? Please make note in our COMMENT area of your order the following- 'please do not leave at front door or letter box' OR 'please leave at the closest post office' - SMO can not be accountable for parcels confirmed as delivered by Australia Post but missing- Parcel Post Satchels do not include insurance, but include tracking


When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time. ( please make sure to look in your spam folder )

To track your order enter the supplied tracking number on the Australia Post website at  - please note we are not accountable for any lost or delayed items. 

We will however assist you in trying to locate it.


If your order states it has been delivered but it is not there, please CALL AUSTRALIA POST DIRECTLY and lodge an enquiry with them as the receiver first, as soon as they give you a reference number please email us and we will be able to follow up with them. If your order has been damaged in transit please also contact Australia Post directly.

Please note we are NOT accountable for any LOST or DELAYED items. We will however assist you after an enquiry has been lodged with Australia Post on trying to locate it.
