Postage, Shipping & Parcel Tracking

| POSTAGE & SHIPPING |

  • ***We are inundated with orders at the moment so please allow 3-5 days on top of shipping for us to despatch your order. 
  • This means that your order has been registered with our carrier, Australia Post or another courier service, and is ready to be picked up from the Style Me Over warehouse. Next day shipping may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, which can include, but are not limited to, postal service delays, technical errors, resources due to marketing promotions and holiday periods. 
  • We are currently offering FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (Australia wide only) for orders over $200 
  • We ship Australia wide (both Standard and Express) and also ship to New Zealand (Standard only) which can take between 1-3 weeks  
  • PICK UP SAME DAY: place your order before 2pm between Monday and Friday and we will prepare your order for same day pick up, as per Click and Collect trading hours (please refer to FAQ's page for Click and Collect trading hours)
  • EXPRESS DELIVERY: once we have dispatched your parcel, it takes approximately 1-2 business days to be delivered to all CBD & Metro areas, Australia wide (as per current courier guidelines)
  • STANDARD DELIVERY: once we have dispatch your parcel, it takes approximately 2-5 business days to be delivered to all CBD & Metro areas, Australia wide (as per current courier guidelines)
  • STYLE ME OVER will NOT be liable for any packages that go missing
  • If you have specific delivery instructions please include a note in the comments area before you checkout your order  
  • Please note we do not offer NEXT DAY DELIVERY during a flash sale, please expect your order within 3 business days. 

| TRACKING YOUR ORDER |

Once we ship your order you will receive a tracking number and link from the courier either by email or SMS. You can use that tracking number to check the status of your shipped parcel. If your order has not been received by the couriers timeframe provided, you can email us on hello@stylemeover.com and we can try assist you the best we can. Once your parcel is with the courier the delivery timeframe is out of our control.

| LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS |

If your order has been list or damaged in transit, please call Australia Post direct and lodge an enquiry as the receiver first, they will then provide you with a reference number. Please email that reference number to us on hello@stylemeover.com and we can try assist you the best we can. Once your parcel is with the courier we are not accountable or liable for your parcel as it is out of our control. 

FREE SHIPPING/PROMOTIONS  |

We offer shipping promotions throughout the year and reserve the right to amend these at any time. All shipping options are available upon checkout of your shopping cart and we also market these on our website and social media accounts.
