Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available on full-priced clothing and homewares only, within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that items are:
- Unworn / unused
- In original condition
- With tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-Refundable Items
We strictly do not offer refunds on:
- Sale items (including flash sales)
- Ticketed events
- Accessories (including hair accessories and headwear — excluding neck scarves)
- Cosmetics (due to hygiene reasons)
Returns Timeframe
We offer a 14-day return period on eligible full-priced items.
This means your return must be lodged and sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.
All returns must be sent via a trackable shipping method (Australia Post recommended), as this allows both you and our team to monitor delivery.
Return Conditions

- Unused and unworn
- Tags attached
- In original packaging
1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of events, digital products, and coaching services provided by Melina Bagnato. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.
2. No Refund Policy
All purchases of events, digital products, and coaching services are strictly non-refundable and accessories
Once you complete your purchase:
- No refunds
- No credits
- No transfers to other products or dates
- No exchanges
This applies to:
- Event tickets
- Online or in-person coaching sessions
- Digital downloads, programs, and online content
Please choose carefully before finalising your order.
3. Event Cancellations
The only circumstance in which a refund will be issued is if an event hosted by Melina Bagnato is cancelled by us.
If an event is cancelled:
- You will be notified using the contact details on your booking.
- A full refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
If an event is postponed, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date. Refunds for postponed events are not available unless the event is subsequently cancelled.
4. Digital Products
All digital content (including downloads, online programs, workbooks, and online modules) is delivered electronically immediately or shortly after purchase.
Because access is granted instantly, digital products are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Please ensure your device and software are compatible with the file types provided before purchasing.
5. Coaching Services
All coaching sessions—online or in person—are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule:
- You must provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations will be forfeited with no refund or credit.
6. Incorrect Purchases
If you believe you have purchased the wrong service or product by mistake, please contact us immediately at hello@stylemeover.com. While refunds are not available, we will do our best to assist where possible within the boundaries of these Terms & Conditions.
